Good understanding of macro practice and how policy connects to macro. Another significant component of macro is community-based work, which may or may not involve policies. Your understanding and discussion of your leadership skills was excellent. You know who you are and who you are as a leader--which is really great. (Agreed that a sense of humor is really important and a leadership skill!) I appreciated your reflections on what activism is, what activism can be, and what your role may be. I agreed that it is just the beginning for you. Great, great job discussing one of the readings. Very well done video!
Of course you would go over the time limit! I enjoyed your personal description of macro-practice and I agree that micro and macro kind of come hand in hand. Macro work does dwindle down to individual clients. Also, you seem to understand what role you can play as a leader and that is important for a class such as this.
